Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel an order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period for an order is 30 days from the date you receive the product or from the moment a designated third party, who is not a carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

In order to exercise this right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will issue the refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be charged for the refund.

Return Conditions:

To make sure the products are eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The products were purchased no more than 30 days ago
  • The products are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products supplied according to specifications or a specified customization.
  • Supplied products that by their nature cannot be returned, for example products that deteriorate quickly or have expired.
  • Supplied products that cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons and were opened after delivery.
  • Supplied products that, after delivery, by their nature are inseparable from others.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above, at our sole discretion.

Returned Products

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products. You must send us the products to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. We therefore suggest using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are unable to provide a refund without having received the products or without proof of shipment of the products.

Gifts:

If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and were shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent by email.

If the products were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver received these products directly, we will send a refund directly to the buyer.
